John and his son, his #1 buddy

[John’s Comment] By far, this collection is my favorite! My son Ben is truly a miracle in the making. I really don’t know what to write here (words are never adequate enough) except to say that as a father, I am so proud of my son and I love my son more than he will ever know. Benny, you are the best! And you are . . . and always will be . . . my #1 buddy, no matter what. Currently, Benny is 11 years old and in the 5th grade. My comments are under each picture.

A proud pop with his boy.

Rolling in style with Benny and two of his cousins.

Benny with me on a road trip in California. For some reason, that day he wanted to ride in the back seat (and while doing so he stole my favorite Ron Jon Surf Shop cap) .

Benny is always having fun and goofing off . . . and Christmas morning is no exception!

My super smart son Ben proudly standing in front of his science project - - - WELL DONE BEN! - - - He placed 3rd.

Benny happy as usual.

Early on, Benny wanted to be on stage.

What can I say . . . he can be tricky!

A day at the outdoor aeronautical museum.

He wasn’t thrilled with the photographer.

Shreck is one our best friends.

Benny was supposed to hit me . . . he missed.

As a son, Benny is just too cool.

One of my favorite shots of us together.

Benny already understands advertising and branding.

As I recall, here Benny was trying to grow a spinach mustache . . . but he had a problem getting the spinach to his upper lip.

Harley should pay Benny an endorsement fee for this shot . . . the slogan could be, "Never too soon for a Harley!"

Benny enjoying an antique car show and parade in California.

Here Benny is participating in his first swim meet. I wonder if he will win.

Of course he won. The kid swims like a fish.
