A Personal Invitation from John

I know for many out there, times right now are pretty tough. And, I also realize that for many, the challenges and pressures connected to this economic crisis and recession we are all going though can pull you down, leave you depressed and maybe even cause you to feel that the future, at least in the short term, is bleak.

What I think is important for all of us to understand and remember is that there are people out there, right now, who are not facing hard times. Instead, they are prospering, thriving, advancing and growing. And, it is not because they are necessarily smarter, more capable or more talented than everyone else. Rather, they are enjoying success because somehow they have managed to “find opportunity” during these hard times and have managed to use that opportunity in a positive way . . . ultimately turning opportunity into success.

Now, I don’t know about you, but as for me, I want to know about these people, hear their story, learn from them and see what I can do to use their experience to benefit me.

To that end, I am looking for “success stories” about people who are “finding opportunity” and prospering during these tough times.

You might be thinking, “John, why?”

The answer is simple, I want to share these stories with the world (through upcoming books, Internet TV shows and in weekly columns) to prove an verify that even in the hard times, there is opportunity for all of us, if we are willing to look for it and take hold of it.
