Are you in need of an advantage that only comes from spending time with someone who has “been there” and “done that”?

Maybe professional or personal coaching is the answer.

Professionally, coaching can help you to accelerate your achievement, career and earning potential. Personally, coaching can be a life changing experience that can help to boost your overall quality of life.

An experienced coach can help you to clearly identify your goals and priorities, assist you in creating a realistic plan of achievement, help to keep you focused and committed and navigate you through the pitfalls and challenges associated with achieving your maximum potential.

For some clients, John serves as a professional or personal coach. His coaching clients come from a wide spectrum of backgrounds from countries all over the world. To learn more about how John might be able to professionally or personally coach you, click here.

The following are a few examples of coaching projects John has been personally involved with.

"The Overwhelmed C.E.O."
Executive Coaching
This C.E.O. (who was the founder of the company) came to John as a victim of his own success. His business was booming, he was increasing his wealth and the future of his organization looked bright. However, under the surface the C.E.O. lacked a number of critical skills and the practical experience to successfully lead a rapidly growing organization.

John worked with this client weekly for about a year (both in person and by using audio/video conferencing) to help him clarify his vision and goals, reorganize his operational strategy, work to realign the human resources in the organization and boost overall efficiency (and profitability). In addition, John helped this C.E.O. to shore up several of his deficient skill sets, create a learning/personal growth plan and even helped him to effectively manage his stress.
“The Stuttering Politician”
Public Speaking Coaching
A successful business owner, who decided to run for political office, came to John for help with his public speaking skills (he lacked confidence when speaking in public, in part because of a horrible stutter).

Through a series of personal meetings and by designing and walking the client though a program to enhance his public speaking skills (that included specific techniques and methodologies for him to increase his confidence in public while reducing his stutter), John was able to help this client to dramatically improve his speaking ability. And, yes, he did get elected and has been serving in his public office for some time now.
"The Fish Out of Water"
Executive Coaching
In this case, John was approached by an experienced and seasoned executive who had high hopes in his new position as a senior executive of a multinational company opening its offices in Russia. This client knew from the very beginning that he needed someone whom he could trust to help him become acquainted with the local business environment.

John agreed to this request by simply meeting with this client each week, for several months, to field questions, share connections and offer advice as needed. The executive had a successful tenure in Russia and has now been promoted twice in his organization to other posts around the world.
"The Non-Relational Owner"
The Non-Relational Owner
Initially, this business owner contacted John for help with realigning his sales and marketing operations. John agreed to help and as the project progressed, it became clear one of the problems with the effectiveness of the sales and marketing operations was because this business owner had difficulties when negotiating and communicating, especially with foreign business partners.

After identifying this problem, John was asked by this business owner for help in strengthening his negotiating and communication skills. John agreed and coached this business owner weekly for several months. In the end, the business owner was able to renegotiate a better deal with his largest supplier and negotiate two multi-million dollar “sweetheart” deals with new suppliers.
"Taking Mom and Pop National"
Franchising Strategy Coaching
This husband and wife team had already created a successful, yet small, chain of retail stores, which they wanted to franchise nationally. Their challenge was they had no idea how the world of franchising worked and were a bit unsure of how to move forward. Because of John’s experience with franchising, they turned to him for help.

Rather than proposing a consulting project, John suggested professional coaching and worked with this couple for several months, helping them to develop a strategy to franchise their business. In addition, John was able to help both the husband and wife to define the roles they would be best suited for in the larger organization, including helping them improve key management and leadership skills. Today, the franchise thrives and the owners are now looking for new business to invest in.
"To Build an Army"
Executive and Personal Coaching
These two young entrepreneurs had the right product line at the right time and wanted everyone to have it. The question was how to sell and distribute specialty personal products to a market of over 300 million people before the competition could duplicate what they had to offer. They decided creating a direct sales organization was the way to go. The problem was, neither had much practical experience in business.

Early on, they approached John because of his sales and marketing experience and asked for help. For over a decade, John has coached both of the entrepreneurs on and off, personally and professionally. Today, the business continues to thrive in several countries, offering over 1,000 products through their direct sales network of over 100,000 independent distributors.
"The Real Deal"
Executive and Personal Coaching
This successful business lady approached John after one of his seminars with a challenge. The real estate company she owned was growing and was successful, however her relationships inside the company with her executive team and staff had been deteriorating for several years. So much so, this problem was beginning to threaten the future of the organization. She wanted to know what, if anything she could do.

After conducting due diligence, John was able to identify several managerial and leadership shortcomings responsible for the relational deterioration. For several months, John worked with this client weekly to repair the damage that had been done and help the business lady (and her executive) team improve their managerial and leadership competency. Today the company continues to grow, without the threat of imploding from within.
In addition to these clients, John has personally and professionally coached many more executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, politicians and celebrities from a wide spectrum of backgrounds from countries all over the world.
